The ceiling mounting bracket is used in two ways. The first it mounts to the ceiling and with all thread rod it suspend the cable ladder rack above the server racks and other infrastructure items. The other use is you can turn the bracket upside down and mount it to the top of the server rack and with all thread rod now pointing up you can mount the cable ladder to that.
