By using the site, you agree to be bound by these terms and follow these terms and all applicable laws and regulations governing the site. Gaw Technology reserves the right to change these terms at any time, effective immediately upon posting on the site. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms, please do not use the site.
You are only authorized to view, download and retain a copy of pages of this site for your own personal use, provided you retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the materials. The content on this site is the property of Gaw Technology, Inc and protected by copyright laws. Do not duplicate, publish, modify or otherwise distribute the material on this site unless specifically authorized by us to do so. Online purchases through our website must be made by credit card. We gladly accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. If wire transfer or check payment is the only option available, please contact us to make the arrangements.
There are no transfer fee charges for ACH wire transfers. All other wire transfers are subject to fees: $15.00 (domestic); $15.00 (international).
New International Customers: Payment method for international companies is wire transfer only, paid in advance.
Organizations that wish to set up terms with Gaw Technology may do so by contacting customer service or through their sales representative. A request for credit form must be completed and submitted to Gaw Technology for approval and establishing a credit line.
Domestic: Sales tax is charged in compliance with state and/or federal laws. If your organization is tax exempt, Gaw Technology will require a properly signed and executed ST-3 / ST-4 form on file before processing your order.
International: Customer is responsible for all customs, duties and taxes. These are not included and billed on your estimate or invoice from Gaw Technology.
Companies within the European Union that have not provided a valid VAT number will have a 25% VAT / sales tax added to their invoice.
Our products are made in the United States and ship directly from our warehouse in Cherry Hill, NJ or our U.S. based vendors. In-stock products will typically ship within 5 days. Custom orders will vary based on manufacturing lead times. For online orders, a variety of options and carriers, both domestic and global, are available on our website. Customers may choose the best option to meet their needs and requirements. For offline orders, Gaw Technology will choose the carrier.
Based on size and weight, some products may be shipped via Ground using UPS, USPS or FedEx. The majority of our products, including racks, cabinets and furniture are shipped FOB (Freight on Board) Origin, meaning that Gaw Technology and/or our Vendors maintain responsibility for the product only until it is received by the carrier at the loading dock. All orders are shipped with freight collect or freight pre-paid and billed.
Gaw Technology and our Carriers use state of the art computer-generated freight quotes. However, due to the number of variables that ultimately determine the freight costs, freight charges are estimated until an order is shipped and the actual freight charges are calculated. Gaw Technology reserves the right to change carriers based on revised freight charges.
Prices listed on our website are based on market conditions and costs. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without prior notice. Gaw Technology will gladly provide our customers with a written quote for any of our products or custom solutions. Prices provided in the estimate are valid for 30 days. After that time, Gaw Technology reserves the right to modify the estimate based on cost or market changes.
Gaw Technology is committed to quality and guarantees the workmanship for our products. Our quality control measures help insure consistency but we recognize that mistakes can happen.
Damaged in Transit. If the product is damaged in transit, the customer should contact Gaw Technology and the carrier / transport company within 24 hours to file a claim. Gaw Technology will repair or replace the item. Related costs should be the responsibility of the carrier
Defective. If the product is defective or does not meet the specifications provided by the customer, contact Gaw Technology immediately. Gaw Technology will repair or replace the item. Return shipping will be paid by Gaw Technology.
Non-Defective Goods. For standard (off-the-shelf) products, wrong part numbers or quantities may cause returns. Gaw Technology will accept returns of unused standard items that are in new condition and re-sellable. If the error was on our end, we will pay for return shipping. If this was a customer error, then the customer will pay the return shipping costs and a restocking fee of up to 25% may be applied. There are no returns allowed on non-defective custom orders.
