Pre-Configured Server Rack Bundle – 40U & 44U Open-Sided Cabinets
Setting up a new server row or edge pod shouldn’t take days. Gaw Technology’s pre-configured server rack bundle ships with power, shelving, and cable management already in place, letting IT teams roll the rack onto the floor, plug it in, and deploy hardware the same day.
Choose 40U or 44U heights to match your deployment scale. The welded-steel, open-sided frame is UL 2416-certified for 3 000 lb static load—more than enough for dense compute nodes or storage arrays. Front-and-rear 78 %-open doors can be added later, but many admins keep the rack open to maximise side access and airflow during staging.
Adjustable 19-inch rails slide 6″–36″ deep, accommodating everything from short-depth firewalls to full-length GPU servers. Top and bottom brush grommets keep ingress points tidy and maintain front-to-back pressure differentials when the rack is later enclosed.
If you need a reliable, airflow-friendly rack mount server cabinet that arrives ready for gear, the Cable-Max pre-configured bundle is the fastest route from loading dock to production.
Each rack ships with vertical & horizontal cable managers, color-coded Velcro® straps, a sliding keyboard/monitor shelf, factory-installed grounding bar, and a caster + levelling-foot kit. Power strips, blanking panels, and brush grommets are also pre-mounted so you can roll the rack into place and start racking gear immediately.
The welded-steel chassis is UL 2416 certified for a 3 000 lb (1 360 kg) static load, giving you plenty of headroom for dense compute nodes, storage trays, or battery-backed UPS units in both 40U and 44U configurations.
Yes. The bundle is shipped open-sided for maximum staging access, but 78 % open perforated doors and solid side panels are available as drop-in upgrades. They attach with captive hinge pins and maintain the rack’s UL and grounding compliance.
The included casters let you roll the rack through doors as narrow as 32 inches. Once positioned, engage the levelling feet for rock-solid stability before powering up equipment or installing additional weight.
Four depth-indexed 19-inch EIA rails slide effortlessly from 6 inches to 36 inches, letting you mount short-depth firewalls, full-length GPU servers, or anything in between without extra hardware kits.
