An AI server rack is designed around the physical realities of AI and GPU hardware. These systems are typically larger, heavier, and generate more heat than traditional servers, which changes what the rack itself must support.

AI deployments commonly use large GPU servers with multiple accelerator cards, oversized power supplies, and high airflow requirements. To safely support this equipment, an AI rack must handle high equipment weight, deep server chassis, dense power and cabling, and more aggressive cooling, while still allowing room for future upgrades.
